I am Antonella Comelli, an Italian real estate agent and former university professor, specialized in assisting students, expats, and international clients in finding the right home in Italy.

I work with carefully selected properties across Emilia-Romagna, including apartments, villas, and traditional casali, supporting both sales and rentals. While my professional network extends across Europe, my focus today is on helping clients navigate the Italian real estate market with confidence and clarity.

Having lived abroad for over twenty years, I deeply understand the challenges of relocating to a new country. I have lived in Italy, the Netherlands, Sarajevo, France, Belgium, and Canada, where I began my real estate career in Les Laurentides. These international experiences allow me to anticipate my clients’ needs and guide them through each step with empathy and professionalism.

My work with student housing grew naturally after becoming a mother. I know how important it is for families to feel reassured, which is why I maintain open communication with parents and provide guidance to those who are new to Italy.
