I am Antonella Comelli, an Italian real estate agent and former University teacher.

My two main services are: student housing and expats. 

 

My expertise are not limited to the Netherlands. I assist transactions all over Europe. You have a dream location? I will help you make it happen.

 

Being a mother brought me to helping students in renting. Parents need to know who their children are dealing with, so I happily interact with my client's parents too, and provide guidance necessary to who is new in town.

 

Clients choose me because I have been an expat for over 20 years, and know the difficulties of housing abroad. I have lived in Italy, Netherlands, Sarajevo, France, Belgium, and Canada, where I started to be a real estate agent, for François Léger, in Les Laurentides.

 

I video call with my clients for the pleasure of sharing our international experiences, and getting to know each other. Getting to know each other is key to building trusting relationships with my clients.
